Since its inception, the team has expanded internationally to include dedicated experts in London and the United States. In affiliation with Fora and Virtuoso, Travel by Fresnaye draws upon a global network of more than 1,000 destination specialists, ensuring every journey is comprehensive, seamless, and thoughtfully curated — no matter where in the world our clients choose to travel.

What services do you offer?

We design, book, and manage end-to-end travel—everything from a single hotel stay to complex, multi-country itineraries. You’ll get expert planning, vetted recommendations, preferred-partner perks, and a single point of contact to coordinate every moving part.
Do you charge a fee?

For most individual trips and hotel bookings, we do not charge a planning fee. Our partnerships allow us to be compensated directly by our travel partners.
However, for large group travel, complex private journeys, and select Prive-level services, a planning and management fee may apply. If so, it will always be clearly outlined and agreed upon in advance.
What is Privé Travel & is it right for me?

Privé Travel is our highest level of personalized planning, designed for clients who want a fully curated and seamlessly managed experience. While it can include private transfers, private aviation, yacht charters, villas, and privately guided tours, what truly defines Privé is the level of oversight and customization involved. Every aspect of your trip is thoughtfully designed, coordinated, and monitored by our team — from accommodations and transportation to experiences and timing — ensuring a smooth, discreet, and effortless journey from departure to return.
Is there a minimum booking Amount?

At this time, there is no minimum booking amount for our standard travel services. For Privé Travel, each itinerary is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as these journeys are fully customized and designed to reflect the scope and level of service required.
